- Orders received will be processed and shipped out on next day (except pre-order items).
- If delivery day fall on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, order will be shipped by next working day.
- The delivery will take place within 3-5 working days via GDex or Nationwide(EM). We will also take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.
- We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Whereby currently we only engage Skynet for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
